NMEA_TimeSync is a program for time synchronization of the PC clock by a GPS receiver connected to the PC and transmitting NMEA sentences. The program handles GPGGA sentences coming from the GPS receiver via a real or virtual serial interface. NMEA_TimeSync can be run under Windows operating systems (Windows 7 or above, not tested for Windows XP/Vista) and it can be used in interactive user mode or as a Windows service. The program does not use a graphical user interface and runs in a command prompt.
